Solar Eclipse – A Commitment To Liberation

There’s plenty of articles and videos online right now about the Solar Eclipse due in a few days. And there are far more qualified people than I to explain what will occur, and perhaps what it all means. So I won’t take you down that path.

I will just point out that during some of these larger solar or astrological changes I have noticed myself to be under a little or a lot more pressure. Often with these changes we think of energy upgrades and downloads of new information and abilities. The internet points out all the glowing ascension stuff with lots of fluffy terminology. That’s all well and good and may well be the case. But often, not always, these shifts can knock us for a few days. My own experience is that most of my own upgrades have come at a price, after challenging dark ceremonies or periods of recovery, I managed to crawl out of the woods a little wiser or lighter than before.

Dreaming and visualisation is wonderful, but action is what changes your world.

Holotropic Breathwork to dmt

Over a recent weekend I entered into a couple of deeper works, a Holotropic Breathwork day on Saturday, my fourth this year, and I received DMT in ceremony on Monday, my first time with this medicine. In the days after I can feel I’m wide open, irritable, vulnerable, sensitive, and the reflection is palpable. When I tune in, become present and conscious, I can see what has been placed before me is intentional, and purposeful for my awareness and growth, certainly not random. The sense of an expanded consciousness is both invigorating and frightening. The familiar world view is comfortable, the confusion of that falling away is unnerving and leads to the “am I going mad?” thought from time to time. But out of this new unexplored state, comes new ideas and perceptions, a small step further into awareness of my path, of who and what I am, of what this place is.

Seek Power

 

We live in an extremely dependent society, with many calling for more dependency. Governments are growing worldwide, with protesters in the streets calling for even more government control of their lives. As I’ve mentioned before in articles and videos, this crying out is an inability to be still, to observe and release our own rising pain. Unaware that this discomfort stems from within, many want someone else to be responsible, or to make them feel better. I seek power, and there are others I see and admire who are drawing up that great energy from deep within.

Self empowerment is not handed to us by politicians or revolutionaries. And we don’t battle enemies to attain it, we battle ourselves.

A simple Guide To Spiritual Work

As I’ve been attending various healing ceremonies and weekends of late I thought I’d write a guide for anyone seeking to engage in some deeper spiritual work on themselves. Often people don’t know where to start or what to look for so I thought I’d give a few pointers that may be of use.

I could actually finish this post by just saying : Trust your gut, but I’ll elaborate a little.

Where to begin

Follow your instinct, you may feel its time to engage in something light, that makes you feel good and enjoy life, perhaps yoga or meditation, some kind of spiritual discussion group. Go for it, get out there, there really is so much to choose from these days both online and locally to open our minds to a new way of viewing the world. Meditation many think is about being blissed out, I don’t think it is, I’ve written about the challenge that is meditation here, a realistic view.

There Is No Spoon – Part 2 – I am the problem & solution

Part 2 of 3

This is the second of three parts on reality. Read Part 1 There Is No Spoon – How To Manipulate Reality here.

To carry on from part one, we may struggle with some heavy experiences in our lives such as deaths, accidents, abuse etc. It’s not easy to take responsibility for these things and it takes time and regular reminders as its very easy to slip into blame or victim mode.

A couple of points I am exploring regarding those heavy and dark experiences we’ve had:

  • We have invited them. Our conscious mind really does not know what is going on, and can expend a lot of time and energy thinking it knows or scrambling to try to know. Our higher self on the other hand does know and to take it further, our higher self has charted a course before this incarnation, possibly hundreds or thousands of years ago (the latter is my experience), of what we wished to experience and learn. So there are agreements, the Soul Contract, with other beings and people, to work with us. Nothing enters our lives unless we have invited it in some way at some time.
  • We vibrate with all we interact with. Dark entities or hard experiences, all vibrate with us, if we did not vibrate at that frequency on some level, they would not be able to enter or connect with us.

Evil Does Not Exist

In a ceremony last weekend I received further guidance on who I am and what my role here is, but I also encountered yet more dark energy that I released. This dark energy can be called entities or demons but increasingly I feel the later terms are not warranted. The demons or entities are in fact merely energy, that we form from our own consciousness. I am the darkness and the light.

But something I have often heard others talk about, and I “believed” myself, I finally had the fortune to experience. I was shown that all is from the light. In the retreat on my journey, it can feel as if there is no time, so I don’t know how long this lesson took, I assume moments or minutes in our own understanding.

I was shown that all is from the light.

Late last year during a weekend workshop exploring feminine energy I experienced some changes that have rerouted my life, giving me greater understanding, and purpose, specifically with women. Finding myself increasingly aware of, and empathetic to their emotions, instinctively knowing how each individual found themselves at whatever place they were in their lives. I can read their emotional state, I can see the pain they carry hat they may not even be consciously aware of. I began to instinctively guide them through the turmoil and help energetically release any trapped trauma that I was finding. I was told through shamanic ceremonies by my guides that women would be sent to me, and with a pattern of different women appearing, who I felt I knew, I began to see the trend.

As I mentioned in the previous article, I knew already that I have possibly undertaken a lot of work in previous lives to find myself at this point. This life feels like Life Number 1, a new beginning, after a long time of training and choosing to get lost, to learn and gather more experience of humanity, right now feels like the beginning of my work that I will carry on through future lifetimes. I’m plugged in now, I’m reconnected to my Light Family, and bit by bit more is being revealed, as and when I am ready.

The Mother Goddess talked to me of specific women on the planet known as Queens.

Wanted: healing test pilots

Over two recent ceremonies I was shown that I can heal with my hands, most recently this past weekend during a Holotropic Breathwork weekend at Dunderry house. I now know I need to develop this skill as I have done with some of my other work, so I need some people to work with, you can be anywhere in the world, I work remotely, and maybe we can be of help to each other.

Many of us are discovering we have different skills and abilities to add to each others lives, to provide a service to our family and friends, to develop our communities. Of late I have been working with women and developing their divine feminine, balancing their masculine and feminine energy, and witnessing powerful results. I am also working in energy healing, and have had great results, but have only worked with physical injuries. I still doubted myself with anything more serious, thinking “well serious diseases and ailments are best left to the professionals”. When some of the women I have worked with have really seen improvements in their lives and relationships, felt happier, calmer, I can measure this improvement. So now its time to seek those equivalent results with physical healing.

I learned of the great powers in my hands during my breathwork journey.
