Shadow Work – refresher
This is an 8 Week Refresher for those who have already completed my 8 or 6 Week Homecoming – Shadow Work Course.
As you have already worked with me in the past you will remember how I work and how available I am to clients. I still work through WhatsApp (You may need my new Mexican phone number) and you have full access to me as normal.
Areas that may be covered in the 8 Weeks :
- Further developing presence
- Microdosing if available as part of these 8 weeks, we can discuss this during a consultation call.
- Integration of strong shadow emotions
- Raising + circulating sexual (kundalini) energy
- Womb healing
- Termination Of Contracts with people or beings that may be feeding from our energy field
(the areas above depend on what most requires attention with each individual)

Why this refresher can benefit you as a previous client:
- Some people have felt that they let the work slip and wanted to regain the habit. You’ve done all the ground work in the 8 Week course so this 8 weeks is not as challenging, you’re not starting from scratch.
- Perhaps you have kept the routine but wish to go a lot deeper. Maybe you have been meditating consistently since completing the course with me, you’ve been checking in and integrating day to day challenges. But perhaps there are still some areas of your life that seem quite challenging, perhaps deeper layers of shadow are being presented in relationships or day to day life. Remember, all is our reflection, we integrate all, no excuses, so if you’re blaming your husband or kids or boss and thinking they are the problem, you are not taking responsibility for your own frequency. There is no “they”, it’s you.
changes I’ve seen with those who continue to develop this work:
- Improved relationships with others, we put less demands on those around us as we learn to be more at peace with ourselves.
- The benefit for children. The next generation are the 3rd Wave, they are really here to bring something different and those who work with me their children are often heavily influenced and changed by the parent deepening into stillness and integrating their shadow sides.
- Some clients began channeling light language.
- Journeys and communication with a multiple of different beings.
- Some began drawing and reading energetic maps. If you follow me on Instagram (click here) you may have seen these on my Stories. Maps are drawings that represent awakening frequencies. Myself and others have tested these a number of times, by channeling the drawing, knowing what it represents, and then sending it to others who can read them, and in some cases we all get the same translation. My understanding is the maps are a higher language or frequency than English, and that they resonate far deeper with our core being, activating us on deeper levels to know who we are.

What is included in these 8 weeks:
- We will have 3 recorded Zoom video sessions over the 8 weeks, on video if possible or phone, where we work together through whatever challenges are coming up for you. Sessions will last approximately 45mins – 1hr.
- You have full access to me via WhatsApp for the eight weeks and I will respond to any issues you have when I can.
- We will check in almost daily for the eight weeks, when I will help you fine tune this practice and iron out any issues you have with integration.
- We aim to deepen your practice of presence in each moment.
- As this work is often intuitive we follow it where it takes us.
- Refresher price includes access to the Sunday Group Zoom Sessions for the 8 weeks while you’re working with me, but also for the following 4 Sundays. So you really get immersed in this work for three months!
