Every Sunday we have a group Satsang Session on Zoom. The session lasts about 60 to 90mins where we develop Shadow Integration and Non Duality. I usually post on my Instagram Stories around Thursday to confirm the session, and I also send out a Newsletter with details, if you want to receive the Newsletter to let you know, click here.
These sessions open to everyone, young, old, men, women, from previous clients who want to remain connected to the work, to those who are curious of my Shadow Integration Course and wish to have a taster of how I work with clients.
Below you’ll find a short video where I discuss this session, or if you prefer, below the video is a list of FAQ’s about the sessions. This video may be a little outdated in that the group work is continually deepening and evolving.
Yesterday’s session was amazing! Thank you for facilitating it. – Serenity
What happens in the session?
To begin with I guide us into our bodies, into presence and speak about how this process works and the purpose of making this a regular practice. Then there will likely be a subject I’ll speak a little about for that week, and then if anyone has any questions or wishes to share their experience we can discuss a little. The main aim during this time is for us to slow down, move our attention from the mind, to the present moment, to slow the mind and be the observer.
Is this Shadow Work/ Shadow Integration?
This is one stage of Shadow Integration. One hour is not enough time to cover all of shadow work, that’s why I run an 6 Week Shadow Integration Course here where I coach people, one on one for 6 weeks. This Zoom Integration session is for us to develop presence, stillness, observation, and experience the insights, grounding and other benefits of this work. This is a great starting point to shadow work.
These sessions are special. I feel it’s a safe space for me to practice being in my body and I feel the community in this, just being there, present, together. – Ivelisse
What is Non-Duality?
Non-duality simply means “not two”. So we are working towards Oneness. We’ve heard many times the phrase “we are all One”, well if we are all One then can there be any other? Can there be good and evil? Can there be me and you? We work towards recognising and developing Oneness by identifying that which causes separation.
What should I do to prepare?
If possible find yourself a quiet room with your phone or laptop. If you have a busy home you can sit in your car or a park and use your headphones, wherever you feel you can relax and listen for one hour.
Do I need to install and have a Zoom account?
No. You don’t even need Zoom installed on your phone or laptop. Simply click on the registration link in the email when the session is due to start and you’ll be taken straight to our group.
Do I have to be on camera?
Not at all, some people prefer to leave their camera turned off, that’s fine. First step is to turn up, over time if you feel comfortable to turn your camera on, brilliant! No pressure.
Do I have to interact and speak?
Not at all. I guide the session and then open it up to participants who may have questions or to share their experience, but you don’t have to at all.
What time are the sessions?
The time is 11am Sunday Mexico City time. Below are conversions for some time zones. Please note, at Daylight Savings time of year the times below might be out of sync until timezones have all aligned.

How much does it cost?
$15USD. You can click here to take you to a currency conversion site so you can see the cost in your currency.
How do I pay you?
Click here to pay or go to PayPal and select Euro transfer and send to firstname.lastname@example.org with “Satsang” in the description. Or if you use Revolut banking on you phone you can instantly send $15USD to @gavinflanagan
If I don’t make the session do I lose my money?
No. Some people buy a few credits to use when they feel like it, rather than having to pay each week. I keep track of who has credits and each week send those people a link to the upcoming session, they’re free to drop in or not, but the credits remain valid for six months or until used up.
I felt so in my heart afterwards as I’ve been so disconnected for weeks so thank you. – Teresa
What if I turn up late?
It depends how late, within the first ten minutes would be best, yet it would be better to be on time. At the start of the session I guide us into our bodies, into stillness, if you miss the beginning you may arrive and not know what’s happening.
What if the times on Sunday don’t suit my timezone?
I’m aiming to add other days and times for different timezones. Best to be on the Newsletter to receive these times when released. If you are in a different time zone and have a suggestion of a day or time, you can let me know here where you are in the world and what day and time would suit best.
Ok, I want to join, what do I do next?
Sign up to the Newsletter here to receive the next dates and times. Buy one or more credits at $15 each by clicking the payment link above, write Zoom in your payment description and your email address, and I will send you the Zoom link.
I paid but I didn’t receive my Zoom link.
You can pay in the days beforehand, and right up to before the session, but the Zoom link is not automated, so you will not receive a link instantly after purchase. I personally send the links to all attendees on Saturday and then to any later people who pay will be sent on Sunday. If any problem DM me on social media or email at email@example.com
Looking forward to seeing you Sunday,
